This section applies to Surena CRM (also displayed as Surena crm on the Google consent screen), provided by Surena Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and its connected Gmail mailbox and Invoice Inbox features. Connecting Gmail is optional and requires your authorization through Google's consent screen. Google handles your Google password; Surena CRM uses OAuth access and refresh tokens to connect and maintain authorized access. We process your connected account email address and basic account identity to identify the mailbox.
Depending on the features and permissions you authorize, Surena CRM can access email message identifiers, sender and recipient addresses, subjects, dates, labels, message content, and attachments. Mailbox views can include Spam and Trash when those folders are requested. Invoice Inbox downloads messages and supporting attachments for document review and invoice processing. Searches and synchronization settings determine which messages are retrieved; the Google permission itself can permit broader mailbox access.
Read permissions support listing, searching, reading, synchronizing, and downloading messages and attachments. Where Gmail modify permission is requested, it supports mailbox actions such as updating labels or read status and sending messages through the CRM's mail interface. Sending and mailbox changes follow the actions you initiate or the workflow you authorize. The permissions presented by Google describe the actual access being requested. Gmail data is used to provide your connected mailbox, customer communication, document review, and invoice-processing features.
Downloaded email data, attachments, extracted invoice fields, connection tokens, and processing status may be stored in the CRM deployment's databases and file storage. Authorized users in the relevant organization and CRM access context may access imported records according to their assigned permissions. Hosting, storage, backup, and technical support providers may process data as necessary to operate these features.
Invoice extraction may use document text recognition and an AI model. Depending on deployment configuration, processing can run on the organization's server or send relevant document content, extracted text, or document files to the external AI processing service selected for that deployment. Such processing is for invoice extraction and review, not general-purpose model training. Before enabling an external processor, the organization must disclose that processor and obtain any required user consent, and ensure its data-use terms meet the restrictions described here. Contact us or your CRM administrator for the processing configuration and service providers applicable to your deployment.
Surena CRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and the applicable Google Workspace API user data policy.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or unrelated marketing, transferred to data brokers, or used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Transfers are limited to providing the user-facing features you authorize, security purposes, applicable legal obligations, or a permitted business transfer with the required consent. Human access is limited to your authorized users and, for service personnel, your affirmative agreement to access specific data, necessary security investigations, legal compliance, or permitted aggregated and anonymized internal operations.
We use authentication, access restrictions, and secure connections to protect connected account data. Access tokens and refresh tokens are sensitive credentials and must be restricted to authorized services and personnel. No system can guarantee absolute security. Imported messages, attachments, and extracted business records are retained while needed to provide the service or meet the organization's recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. This policy does not assert a fixed automatic deletion period.
You can disconnect the account using the CRM's Gmail configuration controls and revoke the application's Google access through Google Account connections. Revoking Google access prevents further authorized Google API access; disconnecting or revoking does not automatically delete messages, attachments, invoice records, or backups already imported into the CRM. Reconnection requires authorization again where applicable.
Use the available Clear Data controls for eligible imported inbox data, or email contact@surenasolutions.in with the subject Surena CRM Privacy Request to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Include your connected email address and organization so we can verify your authority; do not send passwords or tokens. We will coordinate with the relevant organization to remove eligible imported data and connection credentials. Accounting records or other information that must be retained for legal or security reasons may be retained, and backup copies may remain until their retention cycle expires. Deleting imported CRM data does not itself delete the original messages from Gmail.

It explains what information Edbroad Teacher may collect, how that information is used, when it may be shared, how it is protected and how users may request access to or deletion of their information.

Edbroad Teacher may allow users to select, capture, upload, download or share photos, videos, documents and other files for authorised features such as profile images, assignments, notices, reports, supporting documents or educational content.
The Application accesses these files only when the user selects them, uploads them or uses a feature that requires such access. Files are not used for unrelated advertising purposes.

With the user's permission, Edbroad Teacher may send push notifications regarding notices, announcements, assignments, attendance, schedules, account activity and other school-related information.
A notification token or similar device identifier may be processed to deliver these notifications. Users may disable notifications through their device settings, although doing so may prevent them from receiving important alerts.
Edbroad Teacher does not require users to provide credit-card or debit-card information as part of its standard teacher-account functionality.
The Application does not intentionally collect precise or approximate location information as part of its current core functionality.
