Refund and Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide a satisfactory experience with our payment gateway services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of the transaction (T+5 days). Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the transaction date and will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Refunds

Once a refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment instrument used at the time of the transaction. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Please note that certain fees, such as payment gateway or processing fees, may be non-refundable.

Cancellation of Recurring Subscription Payments

Cancellation of recurring subscription payments can be done at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

Cancellations made after the billing cycle will not result in a refund for that billing period. You will continue to have access to the Services for the duration of the period already paid for.

Non-Refundable Components

In some cases, a portion of the transaction amount may not be refundable. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • • Service charges where the service has already been consumed or utilized.
