Institutions needed a unified ERP that doesn’t just store data, but actively thinks with them. The goal was to build a multi-tenant, multi-board Education ERP where AI is deeply embedded into every workflow—reducing human effort, minimizing errors, and unlocking insights that are impossible to see in spreadsheets. The platform had to support CBSE, ICSE, State, and PU boards with flexible configurations while staying fast enough for day-to-day use on normal campus hardware.
The Edbroad platform was implemented as a modular AI-first ERP: Timetable Suite, Attendance Suite, Examination Suite, Fee & Accounts, HR/Payroll, Communication, and Analytics. Each suite exposes AI engines through simple, usable screens—teachers see clean interfaces, while the system quietly runs optimization, prediction, and pattern detection in the background. The AI layer continuously learns from academic years, student batches, fee behaviour, and exam outcomes to improve its recommendations over time.
